WMMB Election Results Announced All incumbent candidates retained their director seats for another term on the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, according to the May 12 announcement by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.

Sternweis Appointed as District 8 Interim Director Steven Sternweis, Marshfield, has been appointed interim WMMB director to represent dairy producers from Marathon County (District 8) and will complete the remainder of Sandi Cihlar's three-year Board term which runs through June 30, 2009.
Progressive Operators Seminar Lakeshore Technical College is hosting a three-part seminar starting January 9, 2009, designed to help increase the profitability of local agriculture businesses. Speakers will cover human resource management, employee and employer rights, farm family business issues, tax planning, and more.
